جهانی شدن موجب تغییرات فزاینده و پرشتاب در همه عرصه های فرهنگی, اجتماعی, سیاسی و اقتصادی می شود. همچنین استمرار حاکمیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را منوط به شرایط به مراتب سخت تر و پیچیده تر از گذشته می نماید. آنچه ایران امروز را در برابر برخی پیامدهای جهانی شدن مصون می نماید, اصلاح ساختار سیاسی, اقتصادی و اجتماعی است. فوری ترین وظیفه, اصرار و اقدام به عدالت اجتماعی, ریشه کن ساختن تبعیض, مبارزه قاطع با فشار سیاسی, مالی و اداری, افزایش احساس آرامش و امنیت و تقویت در آمد عمومی و بالخره یکپارچگی داخلی است. انسجام نخبگان فکری بر حول محور تعریفی واحد از منافع, بر مصونیت جمهوری اسلامی ایران در قبال امواج منفی جهانی شدن می افزاید. به کارگیری راهبردهای مناسب در جهت تامین امنیت ملی به عنوان مهم ترین هدف سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران مستلزم شناخت صحیح از شرایط جدید حاکم بر منظقه و نظام بین الملل در نتیجه تغییرات صورت گرفته است. چکیده (انگلیسی): Globalization causes increasing and rapid changes in all cultural, social, Political and economic fields It also makes the continuity of The I.R.Iran National Sovereignty conditional and more difficult and complex than the past. It is the reform of political, economic and social structure that protects Iran at present against some of global consequences. The most urgent duty shall be persistence and taking measure for establishment of social justice, eradication of discrimination, decisive campaign against political, financial and administrative pressures, increasing sense of peace and security and boosting public income and finally the internal integrity. Unification of the intellectual geniuses about a unified definition for interests, adds to The I. R. Iran security against negative waves of globalization. Application of appropriate solutions for fulfillment of national security as one of the most important goal of foreign policy of The I.R.Iran, requires accurate identification of the new circumstances governing the region and the international system which have occurred as a result of the changes
